Opened another bottle for my wife's birthday.
The aroma was green apple-like, and I felt it was similar to the Jikin Aizan that I opened at the same time.
At first, you can feel the punch of Omachi-like rice, followed by an astringent taste like grapefruit peel.
It can be drunk on its own or with a meal.
Both Yumachi and Aizan were very good, but I prefer Yumachi more.
