Gorgeous, beautiful, white peach-like aroma
The first sip has a sweetness that comes in quickly, and a sense of maturity after a short delay.
The sweetness continues, but there is also a touch of astringency and dryness.
It has a pleasant mouthfeel that you will never get tired of 👍.
Oh, and the sake ponzu we opened last month.
There were 2 bottles of sake and 19 bottles of 4-gou.
There was also an expedition to Obihiro, so the number of operating days should have been less... lol.
