Nigori (nigori) sake has been arriving one after another, and today we have Ona from Ohtawara City, Tochigi Prefecture.
The nigori-zake is delicious with just the right amount of acidity and bitterness, with just the right amount of sweetness. The original flavor of the rice can be felt, and nigori sake is very special.
