Gozenshu Bodai Hashiroshi Nigori Sake Light
Aroma is rather strong (lactic acidity + cocoa odor?)
The mouthfeel has a sweet-umami type atmosphere, but it is surprisingly light! (Not too thick and light?).
The aftertaste is refreshing and clean, probably due to the citric acidity. The aftertaste is refreshing due to the citric acidity.
Bodai yeast, nigori sake, white malted rice, four-step amazake brewing, low alcohol sake...the attributes are well matched 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪.
