On New Year's Eve, we opened a bottle of Kubota Senju, produced in January 2025. It is a best-selling sake that goes well with New Year's Eve soba (buckwheat noodles) and is very refreshing. The handmade Japanese paper label is truly beautiful. I wish you all good sake and a happy New Year.
