Sanzenzori Dry, Aromatic Suzumizake
The aroma of plump rice, the freshness of the mouthfeel, the sweetness of the flavor, and the refreshingly clean and pleasant aftertaste.
The sake is fresh and easy to drink with a sake strength of 17-18.
I would like to pair it with seasonal tempura of conger eel or pike conger 😁.
