Yamada Nishiki is my favorite 😍.
There's no reason why sake from your home prefecture shouldn't be good for your palate.
My friend's family is a sake rice farmer and the tall ears of Yamadanishiki
It reminds me of the tall ears of Yamada Nishiki rice.
It's a bit of a waste of time (I'm not a big fan of sake, so I'm not a big fan of it).
Since it is a waste (I'm a cheapskate)
I will drink this one little by little.
