I was curious about this restaurant, which is located far away from my house. It's rare, they have "Hana-yosu"! So I ordered it immediately.
What's wrong? The pineapple didn't stand out much, but it was still fruity, sweet, and delicious. However, the sweetness was less than usual, and there was a little bit of bitterness and sourness. It seemed to have a well-balanced finish. Is it because it is a draft sake, so it is different from immediately after opening the bottle, or is it due to the character of Gohyakumangoku?
Well, it tastes good either way. LOL!
All of the meals were delicious, especially the seasonal hamo (pike conger) tempura, which was crispy, fluffy, and delicious.
