Masaaki Sapporo
8.5 points (wife: 8 points)
Sake meter : +1
Acidity : 1.3
Rice : Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio : 58
Gift from my parents in Kagawa
Silent when opened
No gassiness
Slightly sweet strawberry-like top note
The same mild aroma, gentle sweetness and umami of rice spread with soft acidity, and the slight bitterness and spiciness of a little bitterness and alcohol make it finish quickly.
It is a beautifully balanced sake that goes well with meals and is also refreshingly delicious on its own.
It was a perfect match with Horujin (Obihiro's soul food of stir-fried seasoned Genghis Khan and Horu), egg omelet, Sake lees soup (using Sanzen Sakura's sake lees) and Thai style green papaya salad.

Hi Masaaki Sapporo 😃.
Another sake from Shikoku! I'll refer to it 🤗and I'd like to try Obihiro's soul food, Horuzin 🤩! But I think beer would be good first 🍺😋.

Masaaki Sapporo
Jay & Nobby, good evening ☽Here, it looks fresh and enhances the meal. Horuzin, it is a little rare even in Sapporo and some supermarkets carry it. It's an ingredient that makes rice (and beer)✨
