Black Moon, a favorite of Ame-go-Tsuki, is now available again this year!
This is a pure Junmai Daiginjo version made from 50% polished Akaban Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture.
It has a slight yellowish color and a melon-like heady aroma with a clear and silky touch with a firm gasiness behind it.
The mild sweetness and ample umami spread out. A pleasant bitterness adds to the sharpness of the aftertaste. The balance is irresistible!
Finally, we tried warming it up. The aroma and umami spread out and can be enjoyed to the fullest!
