It's only the first half of the week... this is what happens when you stop by the local liquor store after work 😅.
And! ...Since no one seems to be interested in such a preamble, let's get down to business.
This week is the last week before the consecutive holidays...so we are open even on weekdays 🍶.
Tonight, we will be at Gobashi in Yamaguchi.
I drank "Nene" a while ago... but that was a different image from Sake😅.
So I opened a bottle of Junmai Namaishu (pure rice) today!
The aroma is not so much a traditional sake ‼️ as it is a mild aroma 👌.
The first sip is not overly spicy or sweet, but has a soft and fluffy rice-like flavor 🥰.
Great balance for drinking during a meal👍
Unfortunately, I'm drinking it by itself as I write this report...
With this balance, I think sashimi, sushi, and yakitori can be served as a mealtime drink 😁.
The current trend in sake is to have a beautiful fruity taste... but the traditional deep and gentle taste is also hard to ignore 😍.
