Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. Kanetamaru is another brand of Wakakoma. I have not seen it for sale, but they said they shipped it to Sugimoto Shoten. It is also listed on Noboru Sake Shop's website. Kanetamaru 80, brewed in wooden vats, squeezed with a drop of water, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Kioko-Oke Brewing Kanetamaru 80 Tank Shibori Unfiltered Nama Sake Tasted these two types. I preferred the shizuku-brewed one, which was slightly cloudy. The tank pressing seemed to have a strong wooden vat taste, which I don't like. The label can be peeled off and used as a coaster.

Good evening, bouken-san! Hankyu is doing quite an interesting project, isn't it? I will be traveling to Osaka next week and I hope it will be done by then! I hope it will be done by then!
