叫ぶ蝶
It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake of R05BY brewing No. 25. The color is fairly yellow and green, and surprisingly there are no bubbles, probably because it has been aged. It seems to have a different flavor from the strong carbonation of Izumo Kojiya.
The aroma is a little heavy with isoamyl alcohol rather than the banana aroma of isoamyl acetate.
The taste is full of sweetness. The taste is sweet with a hint of gas, minerality, and bitterness, and the final taste has a sharp alcohol finish.
