The nose, while subdued, is of lactic acid, Karpis, and ground rice. Gentle pineapple in the back.
On the palate. A swooshing gassy feeling, young peach and pineapple acidity, a hint of sweetness like white rice powder, and a firm alcohol feeling later.
As I swallowed, it crisped up with a refreshing spiciness and a corn-like grain flavor, and left a pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste.
The overall impression is refreshing and piquant.
The sweetness is moderate, and it can be enjoyed during and after meals.
Very tasty!

Good evening, Koromaru!
Please excuse my comment.
This is a sake that I drank last year at the store and thought it was delicious!
I would like to taste it slowly at home this year ☺️.
