By chance, I took a one-day trip to Sendai, a city with which I have a connection.
Imoni (stewed potatoes), an autumn tradition in the south, east, and north of the city. Groups of people cooking pots and pans appear here and there along the Hirose River.
The first sake was Kawaguchi Natto, which I had longed for!
Delicious at room temperature. Delicious at room temperature. Great balance of flavor and spiciness.
It is delicious because Wataya is delicious.
