It seems to be a challenge sake with low whitewash and high temperature fermentation.
The opening of the bottle has a nice sound and at the same time the tropical standing aroma of banana🍌 is suggested ☺️ The taste is delicious with a clear rice sweetness and umami blended with a chili-like gas 😋 but the aftertaste is sharp and crisp with a bitter and dry taste from low-polishing 👌 I sometimes want to repeat it irresistibly... It's still good, Wind Forest 💮.
