I went to buy some heated Yamagata Masamune sake, but they were out of it.
I was told that 50 degrees Celsius is the optimum temperature, so I had it warmed up to that temperature range. Yum! This is so good! The rice is soft and the nama-nuka is sweet, but the slight bitterness is a nice accent.
The lebanilla goes so well with it!
