Elegant lunchtime drinking.
Two of Miyagi's best sake are Urakasumi and Ichinokura. To be honest, I preferred Urakasumi.
When I visited Naruko Onsen the other day, I drank a lot at bars and sushi restaurants in Sendai on my way to and from Naruko Onsen.
The one that came out was Ichinokura, a raw honjozo sake that I had bought as a souvenir. It was a Sandesi, but it was not freshly stored, but freshly brewed. It was wonderful.
The freshness and sake-like character of the sake and the strength and umami of the sake are noticeable even though it is a nama-zake, and it is delicious.
It is a sake that does not lose to the fat of the eel.
After all, new sake is delicious. It would be nice to buy a bottle of this sake and spend New Year's.
