Nigori is good, I like it.
But I like the top clear part.
I like a little bit of nigori.
I prefer to drink the top clear part of this sake, too.
If it's cloudy and foamy, even if it's a little sweet, it's easier to match with a meal.
I like Kiso sake to begin with.
I don't mind the 19 degrees Celsius.
Ingredients: rice (Nagano), rice malt (Nagano rice), brewers' alcohol
Rice polishing ratio: 70
Rice used: Kake rice: Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano, Koji rice: Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano
Yeast used: Dry 701
Water used for brewing:100% Kiso Ontake mountain range subsoil water
Alcohol Content :19% alcohol by volume
