Happy New Year! Happy New Year! A drinking present from my wife for the New Year's holidays! Nigori is good, I like it. But I like the top clear part. I like a little bit of nigori. I prefer to drink the top clear part of this sake, too. If it's cloudy and foamy, even if it's a little sweet, it's easier to match with a meal. I like Kiso sake to begin with. I don't mind the 19 degrees Celsius.
