Hachinohe Shuzo Gotoh factory's Josora. I was curious about this sake. I love Omachi, so I was especially curious to buy it. When you put it in your mouth, you get the impression that it goes in easily, and it's full of the flavor of the rice. The overall taste is clean and crisp, with a bit of spiciness in the second half. You can enjoy the flavor of Omachi because it is not too rich in flavor. It seems to go well with meals. Aomori sake is very reliable.
