Japanese Sake in Shimane
I drank this sake at a liquor store in Toyocho.
It was quite yellowish, and I thought it might have a habit, but it was clear and easy to drink.
I could taste the umami of the rice, but the aroma and bitterness were minimal, so I thought it would be easy to pair with sweet dishes, such as miso zuke (pickled vegetables).
It may be better served lukewarm than cold,
It is also inexpensive, at around 1500 yen for a 4-pack, and is good as a regular food sake!
