The flathead and amaebi sashimi was so good that I ran out of tasake 😥. When I looked at the stock, there was only Omine 💦I got drunk and opened the bottle😅Oh no❗️ there is no more sake in the fridge🥵I have to get some from somewhere😓. The color is slightly yellowish. The aroma is sweet, gorgeous and mellow. It is juicy and sweet in the mouth, and when drunk after tasyu (rice wine), it has a rich sweet and umami taste. Serve with natto and okra. Add some moromi miso (soybean paste). Natto is handmade by one woman at ❗️ Mameichi. This large, sticky natto goes well with this sake, perhaps because it is a fermented food.☺️It is also delicious.😋 The second day after opening the bottle. It tastes even better than yesterday😋‼️sake, the freshness is the same, but the flavor is more like muscat or melon with a little bit of greenness, and the taste is mellower.
