Living in the Hokuriku area, we don't often see sake from Okayama Prefecture.
This is the first time I have had this sake, and it is extremely tasty and umami. The slight acidity gives it a nice flavor. I would like to repeat it, but they don't sell it....
I am very happy to find that many of the sakes I have been buying lately are umaguchi.
