The aroma has a strong weight to it.
It has a strong koji feeling and does not disappoint in the mouth. The sweetness and sourness are suppressed, and the taste is full and round.
I drink a lot of unpasteurized sake, but I'm convinced that it becomes so much more relaxed when it's aged.
I'm looking forward to drinking the rest of it lukewarm.
