The aroma is gorgeous and pineapple!
The sweetness is quite strong, probably because it's a blend of the two, but there's no cloying taste at all!
This beautiful sweet and sourness is really irresistible!
The taste is also beautiful for an orikagari, and even the characteristic bitterness of hana-yosu is almost nonexistent.

It is completely beyond my expectations!
Compared to the previous 48% polished Miyamanishiki, the rich sweetness and umami that is one of the characteristics of Huayouyasaka is lighter and perhaps a little less satisfying than the 48%, but the taste is more refined instead.
The sweetness and umami are concentrated and the mouthfeel is light and elegant, and I think that's why it's called "Premier".
It's not a surprise, but it's one of the best sakes in the Hana-yosu range.
