I have had this once-hikkaikiri, but this was the first time I had the opportunity to taste the orikarami ver of nama-shu.
You can never go wrong with any Kangiku, but this time I was able to taste the refreshing effervescence, the relaxing sweetness, and the beautiful aftertaste unique to nama-shu, which can only be experienced at Yajima Sake Brewery.
Oh, it's irresistible - a moment of sheer bliss. Delicious!
