hatahata
Almost a carbonated drink.
There was some sediment, so I shook it up badly. After about a minute of opening and closing the cork to prevent it from blowing out, it was finally ready to drink.
I wondered if it had fermented in the bottle since I had bought it last summer and left it in the refrigerator.
The aroma is of a nukazuke (pickles), which is typical of the Terada family. I like this aroma. I was disappointed that the Daigo no titrate I drank before did not have this aroma, but I was relieved.
The taste is unexpectedly dry. I would have liked a little sweetness with this aroma, but there was almost no sweetness.
However, the shwashiness, pickled aroma, and indescribable flavor are unique, and I felt that this is a sake from the Terada head brewery.
Since the sake has been left for more than half a year, I cannot give an accurate evaluation of the flavor.
