AKABU Junmai Sake
I have wanted to try this sake for a long time. It was hard to find it in my neighborhood and I was very curious about it. I happened to find it at a supermarket and bought it.
The aroma is slightly fruity. The aroma is slightly fruity, and the taste is a little sweet, followed by a pungency. It is similar to Tedorigawa. Considering that AKABU is junmai sake and Tetorigawa is nama sake, it is amazing that it is not defeated by hi-ire. This one is also a repeat decision. I just can't find it for sale. I'll have to resort to mail order.
