I bought it because the liquor store said it was a one-of-a-kind flavor.
The specs seem to be undisclosed, with no mention of yeast or rice polishing ratio. Alcohol is 15 degrees.
Mix the corkage and open the bottle.
The bottle opens with a "pop". It looks like champagne.
The bubbles are strong and it is undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle.
The bubbles are like a soil.
A flute glass goes well with it.
The first sip is filled with a muscat-like fruitiness.
The fruitiness reminds me of hopped bloc of rice and agave.
The bitterness follows closely behind.
Bitterness is a bit strong.
I thought it would be sweet, but it is rather dry.
The aroma is not too harsh, so it is easy to match with food.
The bubbles also help it go down your throat, so you can easily drink it on its own. On a hot day, you might drink too much.
