Purchased for the first time at Kinyoshiya Shoten in Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture.
The aroma is subtle, but has a full-bodied ginjo aroma with hints of koji and whipped cream.
The mouthfeel is refreshing and easy to drink with little acidity.
It is 17% strong, but it is so easy to drink that you don't feel it.
It's a great drink on a hot summer day!
