Kangiku Ocean99 Shiroginoumi Unfiltered Nama
This is "Ocean99 Hakuginoumi" from Kangiku Meikozo located in Kujukuri-hama, Chiba Prefecture. It is very popular on SNS and Youtube. The alcohol content is 13 degrees, so it is quite light. The aroma is like sweet and sour apple. When you drink it, there is a bitter aftertaste after the sweet and sourness. This sake goes perfectly with food when drunk as a food sake. It seems like the sweetness increases if you let it sit for a few days, but I couldn't verify this because I emptied a four-pack in one day.
I also feel that the flavor increases when the sake is lukewarm. I will verify this next year.
It was a delicious sake that lived up to its reputation.
