Yamazan, from Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, seems to be very popular these days, so I saw it at a liquor store and picked it up.
It has a slight effervescence and tastes like white wine. It reminds me of Sogapère (I drank it a long time ago, so it's a bit vague). It has a delicate taste, and this is the type of wine that everyone likes. It was a great choice to pair with pizza.
