Oriental Zodiac Label Set 4 Sake🍶.
The third sake is Mimuro Sugi Bodai-Hashiwadashi Yamada-Nishiki Year of the Snake Limited Edition KINOTOMI.
This sake is not the one we drank earlier, which is sold only at the brewery, but a limited edition sake of the year of the snake from the Mimuro Sugi Bodai Hashiroshi series.
Since the Chinese zodiac sign for this year is Kinotomi, they are all named "KINOTOMI".
The "m" of Mimuro cedar on the jet-black bottle, depicted by a white snake, is still an impressive design 🐍.
The fragrance is clean and sweet.
It has a slight sweetness with a melon-like melon peel.
The impression on the palate is clear.
There is no sense of gas, and the soft, round texture has a beautiful umami flavor.
Both this and the previous Samorosugi are both undiluted sake with an alcohol content of 13%, so there is quite a difference in aroma and taste depending on the presence or absence of gasiness and aroma.
I thought this one is a type of sake that goes down very easily and can be used as a food sake as well.
