Genzo
Limited winter sake. Originally, Kasumitsuru is my favorite sake. It is also great as an everyday food sake. It has a sharp and crisp taste made with Hyogo Kitanishiki rice. The label says it is fragrant, but I didn't find the aroma to be that strong. I thought it was easy to drink despite the high alcohol content of the unpasteurized sake, but it might be a little hard for people who are not used to drinking sake.
At any rate, it's the best sake I've had in Japan in a long time!
