The first thing I felt as I poured it into the glass was its slight yellowish hue. There is a calm glow in the transparency that is exciting just to look at.
When you take a whiff of the nose, you are surprised to find a cheesy nuance🧀 that already foreshadows the depth of the wine. In the mouth, the impression is even broader, with an aroma reminiscent of barrel aging and a complex raisin-like sweetness🍇 that gradually spreads to envelop the tongue. The wine is rich and dense at the moment of drinking, yet strangely not too heavy.
What is even more impressive is the refreshing aftertaste. There is almost no bitterness, and the aftertaste lingers pleasantly. It is truly a sake to savor, and each sip reveals a new expression 🍶✨.
Thank you for this wonderful encounter that reminded me once again of the depth of sake. It's because of this event that I was able to encounter this cup of sake!
