Purchased after discovering Akiage, which I had previously tasted at a sake brewery.
It's mellow with a sense of maturity ^^ with a resonant sweetness thickness✨.
But at the end, like Kubota, it has a decent sharpness! (That's what the salesman told me when I tasted it)
It can be used as a midday or evening drink❗️
