Sake made with Sakurahime yeast🍶🎶! I was a bit curious because while most of them are made with Shizuku Ehime or Matsuyama Mitsui, Shudo Sake Brewery's was Nikomaru! Even if it wasn't, Shuto Shuzo's sake is one of my favorite sake breweries in Ehime! It's amazing that three people can make "sake that tastes good even without snacks"! And the word "sukigokoro" sounds like a confession of love 😆💕The label of this sake also says "sukigokoro" in humble hiragana characters. I'm drinking it while thinking how wonderful it would be to give a set of this sake and chocolates as a Valentine's Day present ❤.... ...I'll give it to my friend next year for Valentine's Day! But she likes sake, but she also likes chocolate, so I'll give her chocolate, too! LOL! I also took a photo of the potted Sakurahime plant! 📷️👍 There is a fragrance. First it feels fruity, then it feels a bit dry. It also seems to have a bitter taste, and to me it feels spicy. It's not a sweet sake, but it's gorgeous! It's been a while since I've had a Jukishin Junmai! I knew it would be delicious ❤.

Ponchan, it was gorgeous and dignified without being too sweet! The sweetness that you feel at room temperature is my thing, and I was drinking it chibi chibi lazily and it was gone lol.

Tsubu-chan, I want to drink Ishizuchi Sakurahime yeast next, but it is the most expensive out of 22 kinds 😣 over 3000 yen! 💦 so I'm thinking of having it at a corner shop👍Looking forward to Valentine's Day😁.
