He got it from his father who runs an izakaya in Akkeshi ❗
I can only be thankful 🙏.
There was a sake that I was not familiar with! "Kurabito Hizokura."
It's from the "Yamagata no Gokumi" series sold by Limbell, a major catalog gift company in Yamagata Prefecture 😃.
It has a nice sweetness with a smooth top layer of flavor 😋 It was served in February, so it might have been more flavorful if I had found it earlier 🎵 Still, thank you for a great encounter ✨.

Yamagata Prefecture is the Ginjo kingdom, so to be called "Gokumi" in that context makes it seem like a very rare sake ❗This was a delicious sake that didn't lose out on the name 😋.
