The liquor store introduced it as "the best work of Yoshida Kurau", so my expectations were high.
In the mouth, you can taste a pineapple-like ginjo aroma, followed by a pleasant spiciness.
It's like a rice wine!
I served it with fried egg and natto as a side dish.
