Next, I decided to have the sake that my brothers and I chose.
Nemuchi opened the bottle and we had it fresh ✨.
This was the first time I learned that Morinori is a Kakogawa sake 💡.
Although it says it is dry, it is a bit schwarzy and also has a sweetness and acidity like a white wine.
There are still many brands in Hyogo that I haven't tried 💦.
