The booth of Gojo Sake Brewery "Goshin" in Nara Prefecture. The company is located at the foot of Mount Kongo, and its main brand name is "Goshin". This time, we had "Anou" and "Goshin". There is no registration and only one check-in at Sake-no-wa...why? Ganasei Junmai Ginjo Hachitan Nishiki Ganasei Junmai Daiginjyo Rohafu Nama Genjyu Goshin Junmai-Ginjo Nama-Ginjo Nama-Nara-Shu Ganasei" is a brand name with quite difficult-to-read kanji characters. I drank all of them, but I don't remember much already😅. All of them were medium-bodied and had a sake degree of +3, but each had a different impression and was interesting. My favorite was Hachitan-Nishiki.

Good evening, Nemuchi-san. I read in an article somewhere that the Goshin sake series is all unfiltered raw sake 😊.
