Now, we opened a bottle of this sake, which is said to be inspired by the Mid-Autumn Moon, in the autumn.
It is slightly dry, but thick and round, and delicious.
I enjoyed it in many ways this year. Each series? There is a wide range in each color.
I would like to visit the brewery tasting sometime 😉.
