Summer vacation, the second bottle...
The next one we will open is "Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki" ♪
You can't go wrong with Nabeshima! I haven't had it for a long time, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it tastes.
The caution sign on the bottle makes me expect it to fizz a bit!
One sip and it's sweet. The aroma is like a weakened version of the fruity Kaze no Mori. It was only the first sip that I thought it was sweet, but from the second sip, the moderate bitterness and sourness spread together in my mouth, so I didn't feel it was that sweet anymore.
Is it relatively clean and sweet? Unfortunately, it's not that fizzy... unfortunately.
Overall, it's a refreshing sweetness that's perfect for summer.
Now, maybe I'll make some Japanese pasta with tomatoes, spinach and bacon for lunch today!
