Today's entrée was a gorgeous relay of dried mackerel bought on a trip to Sotobo, scallop sashimi from a return gift, and rolled eggplant with meat!
The aroma is gentle and thin with a hint of ginjo. The initial attack is smooth and fresh, with sweetness and spiciness coming later. It is a delicious sake with good cost performance.
