I guess I prefer the sake-like taste.

Mild aroma of freshly pounded rice cake, white bean flour, and other grains. Fruity aroma with sourness such as apricot.
Taste
This is a dry sake with a rich acidity and a full flavor from the sake brewing method of the "nama-hashiroshi" style.
