I was lured by the store's POP saying that it goes with everything.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma of rice popping in your mouth fills you up.
The aftertaste is smooth, as is typical of Hokkaido sake.
I was also glad to see that it had been left to oxidize a little after a few days, as the flavor changed dramatically.
It certainly goes well with anything.
