It was cold today, so we had nabe (hot pot) and hot sake. My sister came to Tokyo with a bottle of sake recommended by an acquaintance. I tried various temperatures, but the unique aroma of the wooden vat was so strong that the hot sake was the easiest to drink and tasted the best.
