Quite thick and cloudy. Aroma of porridge, yogurt and cheese. Thick and rough on the tongue. Moderately sweet. The umami is strong. Delicious.
Purchased at a sake brewery.
It is a magnificent building along a small street in the downtown area in front of Komoro Station. In contrast to the weight of the entrance door, the talk is light. They have been making sake as their family business since the Edo period. We support them.
Photo 3 shows ramen noodles made with this sake. It is a 2-minute walk from the brewery. It is delicious with dried fish and sake.
