The aroma is stronger than the 10 year old, but the flavor and taste are milder. Koshoku Sosen 20 years old The aroma and the flavor are very mature. It is sweet and caramelized. The aroma is also very strong, but the flavor and taste are mild. The price is amazing though. All of them are freshly aged. They are not aged in the dream window, but prepared separately. They said it has to be raw or it won't mature well. He said they have a 30-year-old aged sake. By the way, Yumemado is only made in very small quantities, he said.
