For the second bottle of Omine, we opened this one in a box that we had stocked.
Omine 2 grains Hi-ire Dewa Sanzan
This is a bottle of Dewa Tsanzan, Yamagata Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing, polished up to 35%.
We have had Dewasanzan from time to time, but this one was superb with elegant sweetness and a refreshing acidity!
However, at 5,500 yen per bottle, it takes courage to repeat the same bottle, and the stylish and luxurious cork stopper is cool, but it is very difficult to open the bottle,
Rice polishing ratio: 35% (Dewa Sanzu)
Alcohol content: 15

Good morning, Kumakichi 😃.
One less grain makes it a lot more upscale 🤩I like normal stoppers that are too fashionable 😆.

Hi Jay & Nobby! It is more than double the price for one less grain, but it tastes great too. I bought it after my favorite liquor store recommended it to me, but it's hard to repeat purchase spontaneously,..,
